Fee Schedule
The fee schedule is based on the following options:
Registration for a minimum commitment of a full weekend segment of four days or five consecutive days of the ten-day segments.
An additional option is available to register for the entire first year of the training, permitting attendance at all segments during that period.
- Full Year Enrollment – $2,160.00
- 4-Day Segment – $270.00
- 5-Day Segment – $337.50
- 10-Day Segment – $675.00

4-Day Weekend Schedule:
- Friday: 1:00 PM – 6 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Sunday: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Monday: 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM
10-Day Segment Schedule:
- First Friday: 1:00 PM – 6 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 PM – 4:30 PM
- Sunday: 9:30 PM – 4:30 PM
- Monday – Friday: 1 PM-6 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Sunday: 9:30 AM – 1 PM

Application to Participate
All requests for visiting practitioner participation are subject to approval.
Upon approval, full payment is required prior to the start of the segment. Attendance will not be permitted without payment in full.
