Feldenkrais Introductory Workshops

Join us for one of these informative one-day experiential events where you will have an opportunity to:

  • Experience the Feldenkrais Method® of Somatic Education first hand in two Awareness Through Movement® group lessons.
  • Witness the efficacy of the one-on-one hands on Functional Integration® modality.
  • Meet the members of the teaching team.
  • Tour the Feldenkrais Manhattan space and visit the welcoming Chelsea neighborhood.

Date and Time:

  • Thursday, December 5th – 6pm-8:30pm – Fee: $50
  • Sunday, January 5th – 10am-3pm – Fee: $100

Workshop fee can be applied to your first-year Training Tuition.
